Mr. Thabang Mofokeng
(B-Tech Marketing, MBA): CEO

Mofokeng served as the Managing Director of Inqaba Trade & Logistics (Pty) Ltd and also trained in Reggio Emilio (Italy) by Durocem Italia. He is currently part of the Secretariat for the KZN Economic Council, a Director for Sabelwe Business Enterprise and ACENO Energy.

Mr. Mpumzi Swana
(B.Sc Chemical Engineering): COO
Mpumzi Swana is a young innovative entrepreneur, he holds a BSc. Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu Natal. His passion for green energy technology has also lead him to start Aceno Energy which is a youth owned company that is focused on developing wave energy technology to generate electricity. He has been involved in the development of various products such as Off-grid boom gate system, mobile air conditioning system and an educational App.
His various achievements include winning the 2015 Moving Ideas competition run by SABS Design Institute and Transnet, he also holds 3 engineering Patents and in 2017 was chosen as one of the top 5 Youth innovators in Africa in the energy sector.

Mr. Hishal Vallabh
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Hishal Vallabh holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Durban University of Technology in Kwa-Zulu Natal. He has operated in many design based engineering environments ranging from Energy projects for the local eThekwini Municipality to Tongaat Hulett and Federal Mogul disc brake division.
He has been involved in small scale wind turbine design and wind monitoring stations, industrial heat pump rollouts for the municipal electricity depots, and a participant of 2 energy audits for prominent buildings in the greater Durban area. His interests range from amateur rocketry to investment algorithms for trading systems.

Mr. Siyabonga Phakathi
Supply Chain Manager
Mr Phakathi holds a B.Com Supply Chain & Marketing, BCom Honours in Supply Chain & Logistics Management and Post-Grad in Policy and Development from the University of KwaZulu Natal. The areas of proficiency involves the following; Supply Analysis abilities, Logistics Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, Material Handling Planning and Supplier Negotiations. Mr Phakathi has worked for Edcon as an Operations Management Trainee, and this position entailed in the main management of inventory and communication with the suppliers.
He has also held various leadership positions in different organizations which have help fine-tune his leadership abilities. He has led as the Provincial Chairperson of Black Management Forum (BMF) Student Chapter in KwaZulu Natal and therefore served as member of its National Leadership and KZN Corporate Board of the BMF. Mr Phakathi is a co-founder and a director of a growing retail company called Linbed (Pty) Ltd and a director of ACENO (Pty) Ltd.
